牧ノ原公園から見た金谷町中心街〜大井川〜島田あたりまで。だいたい160度くらいの角度です。
2001.10現在第2東名は建設中で橋が途中で途切れています。大井川に掛かる橋は4本で左から第2東名、国1、381号（旧国1）、JRが見えます。
さらに写真には写ってはいませんが新幹線、蓬莱橋と続いています。
大井川鉄道のSL機関車は１２月から３月中旬までの火・木曜日以外は運転していて、有名です（土日は混んでいる模様）。
うちも一応株主です（数千円分らしいですけど）。
空気が澄んでいれば富士山や南アルプスの山々も望めます（下の写真を撮りなおしたので確認できます）。
また写真では確認できませんが駿河湾の反射が、また伊豆半島も望めます。

From the Makinohara park to around seen Kanaya -

It is the angle of about 160 degrees generally.

Furthermore, although it is not in a photograph, it
continues with the Shinkansen and the Horai bridge.
SL engine of Ohigawa Railway is famous.
If air is clear, the mountains in Mt. Fuji or Minami-Alps
can also be overlooked
